Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Configure, maintain, and advise on security within Workday application. This includes domain security policies, roles, and role assignmentsCoordinate with vendors to understand new technology scope and association with new functionality and securityDevelop and maintain awareness of divisional and data security and comply with policies and proceduresParticipate in report reviews, including understanding and ensuring security and data privacy standardsStay updated on new security features within the application’s future roadmap, and implement where possiblePerform audits on system roles and access logs to ensure accuracyDemonstrate proof of security controls during internal and external audits

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Solid understanding of Workday security features and controlsKnowledge of SOX and data privacy regulationsAbility to accurately collect information to understand and assess the clients’ needs and situationWorking knowledge of HR/Finance information systems, data models organization structures and rolesStrong verbal and written communication skills to interact with functional and IT clientsStrong attention to detailComfortable enforcing adherence to security policies and practicesStrong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills

Educaton and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in securityWorkday experience or training preferred2+ years of experience with HR/Finance application securityHR/Finance functional experience preferred
