The Cybersecurity Specialist is a member of the Workday Security Team. This team supports critical infrastructure and IT services for account and credential management, authentication, sign-on, access control and administration and participation in global security federations, all in support of institutional finance, HR, and Payroll needs for identity, privacy, security, accountability, transparency, efficiency, and cost-effective management of institutional risk. This position provides technical consulting, education, outreach, and support to the customers and end-users of Workday Access services. Responsibilities include researching and responding to customer needs, troubleshooting complex security issues, developing business requirements, contributing to projects that change the Workday feature sets and business processes, and coordinating testing/validation of security changes.
