Project description:
Support the design and implementation of activities for a specific business function or functional area including analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization.
Specifically lead design of HCM security in Workday to support defined requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and lead the design and implementation of all application security activities in alignment with overall business requirements including process analysis, design/re-design and/or organization structure definition
• Support application teams during the Proof of Concept phase, to ensure that valid security samples are depicted
• Work with application teams during the Prototype phases to ensure that business requirements are met, but with an overall security design that will be easily implemented/supported
Required skills:
MUST have certification as Workday Implementer
HR, Benefits, or Payroll Business Process Knowledge
Experience in large ERP systems implementation
Data Security knowledge/experience (understands basics about sensitive and protected data)
