Whatever your unique talents, whatever your passion—in design, creation, and leadership—we’ve got you covered. **Qualifications:** + **Position Overview:** We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Workday Security Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of security configurations within Workday. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Workday security and implementation, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects, solving complex problems, and driving process improvements. **Preferred Skills & Experience:** + 4+ years of Workday security and implementation experience, including scope and requirements definition, problem solving, and process improvements + Strong time-management and prioritization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects of varying scale and duration + Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies + Proficiency with software tools such as Microsoft Excel, SmartSheets, and other relevant software + Workday Partner Certification is preferred + Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work directly with clients or internal teams + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across various levels of the organization + The estimated base salary range for this job is $145,000 - $170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $149,500,000 - $204,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
