Description We are looking for an experienced Workday Studio SME to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Workday financial integrations, ensuring stability, and addressing integration needs across various platforms. Responsibilities: • Oversee the financial modules in Workday, including Expenses, Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) modules. • Enhance and maintain the Workday integrations with multiple ancillary systems to ensure seamless data flow. • Provide consistent support for maintenance and troubleshooting of key integrations, such as Ironclad, Bloomberg, and Kyriba. • Analyze and design workflows to integrate contract lifecycle management from Ironclad into Workday Financials and streamline processes such as contract approvals, payment triggers, and legal compliance within Workday. • Facilitate data integration for financial market information between Bloomberg and Workday, develop and validate automated feeds to ensure accuracy and timeliness of market data within Workday Financials. • Lead the integration of Workday financials with Kyriba, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Kyriba-Workday integration in a timely manner. • Document integration processes, workflows, and troubleshooting guides for ongoing support. • Provide training to internal teams on using the integrated systems effectively. • Optimize the Workday Studio integration where possible, potentially collaborating with HR as well to extend integration support to HR modules in addition to the financial modules.
