WORKDAY - TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST \n
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for proactively sourcing candidates and developing a positive candidate experience from the initial application to hire. This position will identify social networks, industry events, online forums, and communities to make talent needs widely known. \n
The specialist will collaborate internally with marketing, management and IT to develop a web presence, social media presence and the use of technologies to effectively attract strong candidates. \n
The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.\n
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nDevelop a strong understanding of the industry, company, and job opportunities to develop recruiting strategy. \nUtilize brand, company culture and benefit packages to promote interest in job offerings and career opportunities. \nIn conjunction with Marketing, build social media presence and content to target candidates based on job function, region, skills and other criteria. \nConsistent outreach to potential candidates, focus groups, talent pools and niche social media communities building relationships. \nCollaborate with HR Business Partner and hiring managers to understand current talent needs and anticipate future needs. \nTrack and analyze metrics of recruiting initiatives to improve and measure effectiveness. \nManage the candidate experience from initial screening through offer acceptance via Workday.\nBuild strong relationships with HR Business Partners and all field and corporate hiring authorities. \nMaintain professional conduct and integrity throughout the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and company standards. \n\n

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\n\nExpert level user of Workday recruiting module or Workday certification.\nMinimum of 1 year experience utilizing Workday recruiting.\nWorkday implementation preferred\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or equivalent work experience required. \nExperience sourcing talent ranging from hourly to executive\/professional. Manufacturing industry a plus.\nMinimum 5 years of recruiting experience in multi-site national footprint.\nStrong organization and detail orientation required.\nDemonstrated track record of building trusted relationships with multiple hiring authorities.\n\n

Anticipates Needs\n\nComplete important tasks without being asked. \nHandle unplanned events and changes with a positive attitude and can-do approach.\nProactively seek process improvement in all aspects of talent acquisition. \n\n
