Workday Technology Analyst, Remote

The opportunity

Delaware North is hiring a full-time Workday HR Technology Analyst to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Human Resources Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting Workday in a techno-functional capacity, including the building of integrations, configuration, and security administration of key modules. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $66,500 – $89,900 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do? More about you Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information management, business administration, computer science, or a related field  Minimum of 4 years of experience with Workday security administration, business processes, calculated fields, custom objects, eligibility rules, and integration development using Studio, BIRT, and core connectors  Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, including configuration of HCM modules such as learning, payroll, absence management, compensation, and recruiting  Experience with Workday data mapping, transformation techniques, and integration testing, as well as proficiency with EIB uploads and web services implementation  Ability to effectively troubleshoot, triage, and resolve Workday-related issues while ensuring compliance with business policies and system security  Familiarity with HCM cloud platforms such as Workday, Oracle, and SAP SuccessFactors, along with experience working in Agile environments  Knowledge of enterprise service bus and service-oriented architecture principles to support seamless system integrations  Who we are
