Workers' Compensation Claims Processor

This role offers competitive compensation ( **$50.00/hour** ) over a 3 month contract period. In this role, you will be responsible for processing claims, determining benefits, and ensuring timely resolution. You will work closely with claimants, clients, and medical providers to facilitate a smooth claims process. **Top reasons to work with Adecco:** + Weekly Pay + Remote position (CA Only) + Upskilling opportunities through the Adecco Aspire Academy + Dedicated onboarding specialist to guide you from offer to your first day. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent required. + Bachelor's degree preferred + At least 2 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience + Strong understanding of workers compensation regulations, offsets, deductions, and medical management practices + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office products + Analytical and interpretive skills + Strong organizational and interpersonal skills + Ability to work effectively in a team environment + **Must have SIP Certification** + **Must reside in the state of California.** **Responsibilities:** + Process low-level workers compensation claims + Determine compensability and benefits due + Monitor reserve accuracy and file necessary documentation + Develop and coordinate claim action plans + Approve claim payments + Administer subrogation of claims and negotiate settlements + Communicate with claimants and clients + Ensure accurate claim documentation and coding + Maintain professional client relationships **Pay Details:** $45.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
