Workers' Compensation Representative

Job Summary

Assist and provide administrative support for the Workers’ Compensation department by a variety of clerical duties related to Workers’ Compensation claims processing.

Primary Responsibilities

Communicate with OD Service Centers, Attorneys, Human Resources, and other necessary partiesWorkers’ Compensation claims setup processReview and monitor IncidentsProcess Weekly Wage Loss Compensation ChecksAssist the Workers’ Compensation CoordinatorBackup the WC Claims intake processAssist and Back up TMD (Temporary Modified Duty) Job AssignmentsReview files/emails to answer requests and provided information to the appropriate partiesAnswer and direct phone callsPhotocopy, scan, fax, email, and file documentsAssist with receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mailWeekly/monthly internal reporting and dashboard data – back upComplete deposits for refunds and recoveries and balance Citibank StatementSorting and distributing incoming mailOrder department suppliesCollaborate in group settings

Job Qualifications

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent

Experience:

2 years of administrative experienceProficiency with Microsoft OfficeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong teamwork and interpersonal skillsAlways maintain a professional business manner when representing OD

Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday,

Working Shift:

AM / PM
