Workers Compensation Claims Specialist
Job Description

Primary Responsibilities-

Ensure timely processing of workers’ compensation, general liability, and auto claims disputes and closures.Collaborate with third-party administrators, insurance brokers, adjusters, and attorneys to set up, manage, and close claims effectively.Use RMIS (Risk Management Information System) and other tools to manage claims programs and workflows.Report safety concerns, loss control issues, and other risk related issuesEnsure incident reports are accurate and complete before submission.Assist with other risk management and claims-related tasks as needed.

Job Specifications-

High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet software.Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple claims efficiently.

Education and Experience-

High School diploma or GED required.1-2 years of experience in a related risk management or insurance claims handling role.
