Logs in hearing notices, settlement and administrative conferences to calendarKeeps files updated by contacting and communicating with attorneys on case progressMaintaining Excel spreadsheets for continuous monitoring re: monies being collected re: TPL/WC Settlements and underpaymentsAssisting with the preparation and filing of legal documents and correspondenceResponding to Third Party Liability Lien hold requestsProofreading legal documents for the manager and paralegalProvides support to the department as neededEducational Requirements:
Associate’s degree and/or 3 years’ legal experience in Workers Compensation or Liability fieldRequired Qualifications:
Experience with electronic medical records. Must have attention to detailProficient in Excel, Word and OutlookPreferred Qualifications:
