Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Workflow Coordinator in New York. This role is in the legal industry and it involves delivering exceptional customer service by providing timely and accurate document production. The role requires advanced software skills, speed, and accuracy in a high-volume, high-pressure production environment. The Workflow Coordinator may also be responsible for training team members and coordinating workflow within a shift or site.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service by producing accurate and timely documents
• Utilize advanced software for document production
• Work efficiently in a high-volume, high-pressure production environment
• Train team members as needed on document production processes
• Coordinate workflow within a shift or site
• Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
• Communicate effectively with team members, leads, supervisors, managers, and clients regarding job or deadline issues
• Display attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, while coordinating across the team and working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Exhibit good judgment and organizational skills with sound decision-making ability and solutions-oriented approach. Requirements • Exceptional customer service skills to effectively cater to client needs
• Strong communication abilities to facilitate clear and concise information exchange
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
• Capable of conducting training sessions to enhance team competence
• Knowledge of procedures and protocols pertinent to the role
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
• A focus on quality to ensure high standard deliverables
• Experience in supervising teams and managing resources effectively
• Proficiency in using 'About Time' software for efficient project management
• Familiarity with hiring processes to contribute to team expansion
• Understanding of production processes to ensure smooth operations
• Experience in check processing to maintain financial accuracy
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively
• Negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and reach agreements
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for effective presentations
• Adherence to practices that align with company standards
• Regular attendance to ensure consistent performance
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites for diverse task management
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes to maintain service standards
• Understanding and adherence to company policy
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment
• Proofreading skills to ensure error-free documentation
