Workflow Coordinator (DP/Pres)
Description We are providing an opportunity for a skilled Workflow Coordinator to join our team located in New York, New York. In this role, you will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure accurate and timely document production. This position demands advanced software aptitude and the ability to work under high pressure in a high-volume production environment. You will also be expected to coordinate workflow within your shift or site and possibly train team members. Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients by providing accurate and timely document production • Demonstrate an advanced ability to assess documents, detect errors, and ensure proper corrections, proofing, edits, conversions, formatting, and creation • Exhibit proficiency in software used for document production • Train team members as required and coordinate workflow within a shift or site • Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information with utmost discretion • Collaborate with team members, Lead Supervisor, Manager, and/or Client on job or deadline issues • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to communicate questions and/or suggestions to clients and other team members • Show good judgment and organizational skills with sound decision-making ability and a solutions-oriented approach • Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation to ensure personal production • Show attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality results. Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service, demonstrating the ability to manage and resolve customer issues effectively. • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Office Suites for data management and presentation. • Experience in Training staff and implementing procedures for optimal workflow. • A clear understanding and application of Quality Assurance practices in the workplace. • Supervisory experience, including managing teams and overseeing projects. • Familiarity with Hiring Processes, capable of selecting and onboarding suitable candidates. • Experience in Production and Check Processing operations for efficient workflow management. • Ability to Troubleshoot issues, identifying problems and implementing solutions. • Negotiation skills, to manage contracts and agreements effectively. • Regular Attendance and punctuality, demonstrating strong commitment to the role. • Knowledge of Company Policy and practices, ensuring compliance at all times. • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills, fostering a positive work environment. • Proofreading skills, to ensure accuracy and quality in all documents and correspondences. • Ability to manage Deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects. • Strong Decision-Making abilities, for effective problem solving and workflow management. • Coordination skills, to manage various tasks and projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in Word Processing, for efficient document management and data entry.
