Compensation Range

Hourly: $26.25 - $39.90 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

Role will be Hybrid after required 4-6 months onsite training is completed

About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to analyze data, understand workforce and labor market trends, and integrate all of this information to use in consulting with senior leaders on workforce related issues.

Essential Functions

Assist with monitoring key metrics related to the Retail workforce and coordinate internal departments to understand, forecast, and report staffing trends

Consult with stakeholders on workforce related metrics and internal workforce system adherence

Update staffing level information and compare to staffing forecasts

Communicate regularly with leadership on staffing issues and to ensure the model accurately reflects the branch operating environment, updating as needed

Identify and communicate need for modifying existing / establishing new data feeds while following bank protocol

Create and maintain the workforce analytics reporting approach

Analyze and present periodically to senior retail leaders on status of the retail workforce and provide recommendations that can be used to guide leadership on areas for improvement

Work with management to provide transparency and education of model assumptions to retail leaders and line representatives to facilitate buy-in

Conduct headcounts/ FTE analysis on turnover and talent mobility

Identify and communicate emerging workforce trends

Keep informed on external workforce trends and their potential impact on the Retail business segment

Manage regular communication with Workforce vendor and stay informed on upgrades and enhancements to share to leadership

Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

Basic knowledge of workforce software, including Workforce Cloud

Basic knowledge on Retail internal workforce system

Ability to translate data into information for stakeholder consumption

Ability to establish rapport and consult with stakeholders

Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values

Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required

2+ years analytics experience required

1+ years banking experience preferred
