Workforce Analytics Manager (Remote)

The Workforce Analytics Manager role is responsible for analyzing and reporting on HR/Business data to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency. This role involves generating reports, interpreting data through the use of descriptive and inferential statistics, and distilling these findings into insights to HR leadership and stakeholders. The Workforce Analytics Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, develop metrics, and recommend, drive, and track impact of process improvements.


Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational trendsAnalyze and present HR data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvementProvide recurring and ad-hoc reports to HR leadership and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timelinessCollaborate with HR teams to understand data needs and opportunities, and develop customized reports using tools such as R,  Tableau,  SQL, Python, and ExcelPerform data mining in a wide variety of systems, including Oracle HCM Core HR and Benefits modules, iCIMS, HR HelpDesk, and survey toolsConduct data validation and quality assurance to ensure data integrity and reliabilityProactively Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and streamline data collection and analysisStay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in HR reporting, analytics, and associated tools and methodsBuild relationships and partner with business units/functions in a consultative capacity to understand their key business problems and propose ways in which the WFA Team can develop solutionsLead small scale projects and/or process improvement initiativesMaintain integrity and confidentiality of departmental records and employee documentation
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field or equivalent work experienceMasters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related analytic field preferred1-2 years of proven experience as an HR/Finance/Marketing analyst or similar role with a strong background in data manipulation and analysisAgility in learning new technology / tools to support business effortsProficiency using one or more of the following:  R, SQL, Python, TableauProficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Power Point, Word and ExcelExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reportingStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholdersShould have solid consulting skills and be able to partner effectively across multiple levels within the organizationAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, remote environmentKnowledge of HR processes and policies is preferred
