Workforce Consultant, Vice President

Who we are looking for

A self-motivated, energetic consultant who will join our Global Human Resources (GHR) Workforce Planning & Insights (WPI) team. You will be a single point of contact for our Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP’s) covering all areas of reporting, people analytics and workforce planning. In partnership with HRBP’s, you will lead consulting engagements with senior leaders to utilize the GHR workforce information and people analytics in a way that supports the respective leaders strategic goals. You will partner with finance to embed workforce plans into budget and embed finance guardrails into workforce plans. You will also partner with other GHR COE’s (Centers of Excellence) globally to assist in utilizing workforce plans and people analytics to inform all facets of talent planning (e.g., compensation, diversity, retention, talent acquisition, mobility etc.)

 

What you will be responsible for

As a Workforce Planning & Insights Vice President you will be responsible for:

o    Consulting with HRBP’s to provide insights, recommendations and analysis in support of leaderships strategic goals

o    Consulting with business, finance and GHR leaders to build an informed workforce budget

o    Providing strategic direction for key workforce trends, metrics and ad hoc analysis

o    Provide analytics and associated data visualizations that helps leaders better understand their workforce

o    Provide ad-hoc analysis to inform leadership on urgent workforce related matters

o    Provide consultation, develop research/ project plan, analyses, data interpretation, and presentation

o    Experience across various GHR and/or Finance COE’s

o    Strong business acumen with excellent problem-solving capabilities and superior analytical skills;

o    Experience with business intelligence tools

o    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate analytics insights to a non-technical audience;

o    Ability to manage ambiguity; thrives in a fast pace, constantly changing environment; can adapt plans due to changes in priorities and clients’ objectives

Salary Range:

$100,000 - $167,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
