Workforce Development Coordinator
Position Summary Responsible for sourcing, identifying, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions accross the Med Center Health system. Supports the organization's overall hiring strategy by building candidate pipelines through community engagement, school partnerships, special events, and social networking. Plans and leads recruitment efforts for select positions and programs. Serves as a member of the Human Resources team in developing strategies and inspiring the well-being and engagement of the Med Center Health community. Minimum Qualifications Work Experience One year of professional level human resources experience required. Previous healthcare experience preferred.
Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required.
Certifications/Licensure SHRM Certified Professional, PHR, or related certification preferred.   Collaborates with the Manager of Talent and Workforce Development, Recruiters, and Leaders to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments across the Med Center Health system. Participates in workforce studies and uses candidate and employee data to identify trends and monitor effectiveness of candidate pipelines. Presents findings and proposes future pipelines and recruitment opportunities. Sources candidates through community engagement, school partnerships, and social networking and other online channels. Tracks effectiveness and recommends improvements and changes to Manager and other members of HR leadership. Leads all recruitment marketing and social media campaigns to drive build awareness of MCH career opportunities and drive candidates to the organizatinon's website. Develops marketing materials and other publications for distribution internally and externally. Optimizes available resources to reach diverse audiences and establish and maintain viable candidate pipelines. Forms and cultivates effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders including routine engagement with community members. Provides input into the overall hiring strategy of the organization by staying up to date and knowledgeable of talent and recruitment needs across Med Center Health. Leads recruitment efforts for various positions and programs. Performs tasks related to daily administration of hiring and onboarding selected candidates. Ensures candidates possess the skills, knowledge, and behaviors necessary to the success of Med Center Health.
