We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Workforce Development Intern to
join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in workforce
development initiatives and contribute to meaningful projects that support our organization's
diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Assist in the planning and execution of workforce development programs and events.
• Support the development and implementation of DEI training materials and resources.
• Conduct research and analysis on workforce trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and address workforce development needs.
• Participate in meetings and provide administrative support as needed.
• Assist in the coordination of internship and volunteer programs.
**Location** : Baltimore, MD (Hybrid)
**Qualifications:**
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business
Administration, Education, Psychology and Sociology or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Passion for workforce development, diversity equity and inclusion, and a desire to learn
and grow in the field.
