Workforce Development Program Manager

Join CentraCare as a Workforce Development Program Manager and play a pivotal role in advancing our workforce by creating and expanding partnerships with high schools, colleges, and employment-related projects. In this dynamic position, you'll collaboratively design new programs, optimize existing ones, and connect organizational processes and resources to support our mission. You'll identify opportunities within CentraCare, engage with hiring leaders, and build sustainable pipelines of future talent. Integral to workforce planning, you'll provide valuable input and share forecasts with educational partners and students, ensuring our programming aligns with organizational needs. Additionally, you'll engage in workforce training and development efforts, leveraging public/private grants and partnerships with local agencies and non-profits to help students and youth transition successfully into the workforce. Make a significant impact and help shape the future of healthcare at CentraCare.

Schedule Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Primarily remote, will be on site and have occasional travel for meetings and events  Days | 8 hour shifts | Hours between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

  Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related fied (Master's preferred) 3 or more years of experience in workforce planning or developing workforce pipeline partnerships between public/private/education institutions  Must have demonstrated experience of building relationships and programming that bring different stakeholders together to create synergistic and advantageous outcomes Experience providing career-minded guidance to students and engaging industry/employers will be helpful Working knowledge of local and state education and workforce agencies/systems preferred
