Responsibilities· Scheduling and Logistics: Orchestrate the scheduling and logistics for training sessions, ensuring all necessary resources and materials are ready to go.
· Administrative Duties: Provide essential administrative and technical support to elevate training across the division.
· Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the go-to person for outside vendor partners, addressing inquiries and offering support to employees and trainers.
· Training Effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs, gathering feedback and making improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
· Compliance: Ensure all training activities align with company policies and governmental regulations.
· Data Management: Keep training records, databases, and employee training files accurate and up-to-date.
· Reporting: Prepare and present insightful reports on training progress and outcomes to management.
· Team Support: Collaborate closely with the Workforce Development team to support various initiatives and projects across the division.
Qualifications· Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
· Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Training, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
· Skills:
