Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time intern for the Human Resource, Workforce Experience Team. In this role, the intern will work alongside a team of innovative professionals and contribute to Atlantic’s mission of delivering excellent healthcare services to our communities. The intern responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Creating location maps  Updating policy education through creative means (i.e., apps, games, etc.) Work with Leave of Absence team on FAQs, etc.  Compiling and updating approved certifications list Generate one-page one stop shop of dashboards/reports Standardizing job descriptions  Tracking workplace stats, targeted campaigns, etc. Partner with HR Business Partners for action planning & goal setting Help with increasing engagement on social medias
