Location:
This role is scheduled to be 100% remote. While remote, finalists MUST reside in one of the following states to be eligible for employment with Kaiser Permanente: CA, OR, WA, HI, CO, GA, MD, VA, CT, DC, or IL.
Department Description:
Strategic Customer Engagement
Helps KP grow and retain business by partnering with our market-facing teams to impact our customers' business performance by focusing on the health of their workforce. We do this by translating our internal capabilities to the market through bold messaging, expert consultation and value-added programs as well as bringing the voice of the customer back into the organization.
Intern Project(s):
The Workforce Health Consulting Intern will be responsible for projects that assist market facing teams with customer interactions. Projects may include webinar platform optimization, data analysis, and competitive research.

Target Skills:
Strong organization and communication skills. Comfortable with changing initiatives and ambiguity. Self-starter. Ability to manage varying pieces of work that move and shift quickly.

Essential Responsibilities:
Contributing to a designated project or initiative to meet a KP business objective.
Report development and analytics.
Project management - planning, execution, and measurement.
Learning new applications needed to complete assignments or support the execution of business objectives.
Job shadowing in other functional areas.
Performing additional duties as required.

Pursuing a graduate degree or have completed a graduate program from an accredited university within the last year. Bachelors degree required. License, Certification, Registration N/A Additional Requirements:
Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions.Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications:
