THE JOB:
The Workforce Management Clerk plays a key role in enhancing the scheduling and time-off experience for our internal customers. This position involves performing a variety of administrative tasks, including managing communications via email, phone, and in-person interactions. The scope of this role includes working with both staff and management, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the internal guest’s experience, delivering on S.H.O.W. Basics to both Staff and Leadership creating WOW memories that last far beyond the moment.
THE STARTING PAY RATE: $17.00 / Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Oversee scheduling and time-off requests for internal customersHandle various administrative tasks through email, phone, and face-to-face interactionsAnswer calls that come into the workforce department lineAssist with covering callouts for all departmentsAid in time editing and auditingSort and prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, paperclips, and rubber bands, and by unfolding, straightening, and combining forms as neededIndex each employee record document in the Perceptive scanning system, ensuring images are correct, legible, and accounted forOrganize and file documents to be scannedMaintain retention data within the company's system, ensuring compliance with document destruction schedulesProvide feedback to departments when the document retention program is not followed according to company proceduresPromote and maintain effective communication and relationships with internal customers to ensure their requirements are identified and consistently metFoster an effective relationship between the department, business units, and other corporate departments to ensure efficient operational processesTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Minimum of at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma, GED or educational equivalentWilling to learn and enjoys working in a team oriented environmentAt least 6 months of administrative or clerical experienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsGreat customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with all stakeholdersStrong organizational skills to function effectively while still maintaining attention to detail and meeting established deadlinesFlexibility and ability to work within a growth environmentMust be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidaysTHE PERKS & BENEFITS:
