Integrate different work processes operated by each business unit to contribute to standard HR operationImprove operation efficiency by providing and supporting HR services(recruitment, payroll, time & attendance, DM, L&D)
Role and Responsibilities
Data Audit Perform regular data audits and data quality checks in Workday systemHR Reporting Perform complex data manipulation and aggregation of data from multiple HR data sources. Generate comprehensive data reports and analytical solutions in support of internal stakeholdersTroubleshooting Handle errors and troubleshoot problems in HR Workday systemAppointment Input & Mass Uploads Input appointment information of a business unit and effectively perform mass-data uploads (regular evaluation, promotion, merit pay increase, reorganization etc.), as well as data entries in the HR systemOnline training support Manage the completion rate of online trainings and the operation of training courses.Continuous Improvement Suggest improvement based on problems surfaced by inquiries from internal customersSkills and Qualifications
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR admin
• Very good written and spoken English
• Very good communication skills
• May contribute to the development of concepts and techniques as well as complete complex tasks in creative and effective ways
• Works on assignments, including complex assignments, requiring considerable judgement and initiative
• May determine methods and procedures on new assignments
• May mentor or coach team members
