SCOPE OF ROLE:
The Support Services functions at S:US are carried out by a team of professionals with diverse backgrounds who share deeply in the S:US mission. The Workforce Management Systems (“WFMS”) Department is looking for a detailed-oriented, organized, creative and technically savvy individual to join our WFMS Team as an WFMS Specialist. This role supports the maintenance of the various Human Resource Systems (HRIS/Payroll/Timekeeping and ATS) through employee-lifecycle processing, reporting, auditing, and compliance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
HRIS/Payroll/Timekeeping and ATS Systems
Accountable for the processing of candidate data from iCIMS on-boarding into our UKG System to ensure accuracy of dataResponsible for the accuracy of employee life-cycle changes including but not limited to, new hires, transfers, promotions, status, LOA’s, salary adjustments and terminationsVerify accuracy of HR Actions and work with and or train managers on HR Action processProvides customer support, assist in researching and resolving problems Assist with testing system enhancements and new functionality Addresses end-user support cases as assignedParticipates in training, including developing end user procedures, guidelines and documentation on WFMS processes/functionalityCross train on various module and perform scheduled activities Other duties as assigned
