We currently have an opportunity for a Workforce Planner to join our team. Reporting to the In-House Trades Manager, this position will support the key delivery of workforce management practices across the In-House Trades Team, including scheduling, real time management, and reporting.
Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, key to the success of this role is the ability to proactively communicate with internal stakeholders and deliver defined outcomes in accordance with key performance indicators which will be tracked on a scheduled basis.
What you’ll bring
A High School certificate or tertiary qualification.Excellent administration skills and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Package including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Previous experience in Workforce management processes and tools. Well-developed written and oral communication skills.Proven ability to relate well to fellow team members.Ability to follow set procedures in a fast-paced multiple transaction environment.Ability to work well independently and as a team.Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
