Overview Spirit AeroSystems designs and builds aerostructures for both commercial and defense customers. Responsibilities Plans, commits, and controls the deployment of resources in response to customer, program, and business requirements. Directs the development, integration, implementation, and management of new or revised programs, plans, strategies, or processes. Authorizes changes to work statements using a formal directive system. Develops control systems, maintains status information of program and customer commitments, and monitors compliance to plan. Interfaces with management from many occupations and organizations to provide leadership and coordination. Key Accountabilities: Directs the development, integration, implementation, and management of new or revised programs, plans, strategies, or processes. Manages projects of varying complexity with minimal supervision and regularly interfaces with all levels of company employees. Authorizes changes to work statements using a formal directive system. Develops control systems, maintains status information of program and customer commitments, and monitors compliance to plan. Interfaces with management from many occupations and organizations to provide leadership and coordination. Actuals to Plan Forecast by job code Attrition analytics Ratio visibility Familiarity with processes on headcount hiring, inline promotions, internal movement rules of use, etc. Lead conversations with multiple levels of the business regarding their headcount actuals/needs. Qualifications Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations, workforce planning, or related fields. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, develop root cause / corrective actions, and effectively communicate findings. Ability to analyze multiple sets of metrics and automate new data reports from various systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Ability to communicate with executive level management. Familiarity with aerospace or manufacturing industry is a plus.
