About the role

Royal Caribbean Group Marine Operations is look for Workforce Planning Coordinator to join our UK office located in Weybridge. Please be aware that we can only consider candidates based in the UK with full right to work.

 

Position Summary:

Workforce Planning Coordinator will be carrying out administrative tasks, Seaform processing and CrewList mailbox management.

 

Essential Duties and Responsablities

Liaisons with Planners and Compensation team to manage Seaforms

Liaisons with Planners, Crew Assist and HRIS to manage requests related to CrewList mailbox

Liaisons with Planners to manage AEP Manifest/Spreadsheet and ID creation for new hire Contractors

Liaisons with Planners to manage LOE creation; ticket request and other manual processes for TUI Brand Crew members.

Performs related duties as assigned. As needed, participates in special projects assigned by management. Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:

Knowledge of automated human resources and workforce planning systems. Graduate from a credited college or university.

Working knowledge of MS Office applications.

Ability to productively work under tight time constraints and stressful situations.

Ability to read and write English in order to understand and interpret written procedures. This includes the ability to give and receive instructions in written and verbal forms and to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, co-workers, and shipboard employees.
