Our communities of practice include Organisation Design & Workforce Strategy, People- related topics like reward, performance, talent development, Change Management & Communications, People Analytics & Insights, Skills Strategy and Social Strategy along with DEI maturity DEI assessment and Gender Pay Gap analysis.  


Your key responsibilities


As a Manager of the workforce transformation team, supporting our People Advisory projects, you’ll be expected to:

Understand in depth the people and organizational implications of transformational programmes from strategy through to execution, in order to perform among other tasks, the following:Design HR  strategies that are fit for the future, whilst monitoring and evaluating the return of investment thereafterHave the ability to assess organisations’ needs and aspirations and support in advising the stakeholders involved. Understand HR related practices and methodologies  Have the ability to design and coordinate large engagements on behalf of our clients in a complex HR environment while collaborating with diverse teams and capabilities

What we are looking for:

A BSc in Business Management, Human Resources, Social Sciences or any related field. An MBA or a master’s degree in a relevant area of focus is not required but will be considered an assetMinimum of 5 years of relevant working experience (internal or external), where you can demonstrate that you have developed your business acumen and an in-depth knowledge on the aboveCommunication skills that allow you to confidently convey and explain complex information, orally and written, in both Greek and in EnglishStrong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines, while maintaining the high quality of deliverables expected by PwCA confident and positive attitude, focused on building relationships and working in diverse teamsWillingness to continue learning and develop your skills as a consultant
