**This position is internal to University of Colorado PERA Retirees.**
**Job Summary:**
Key Responsibilities:
+ Conduct quality assurance review of current and expired practice site contracts to catch typos and errors and make linkages to all applicable sites and preceptors. Assist Contract Coordinator as needed.
+ Transfer student records from CORE ELMS to Complio as needed.
+ Conduct quality assurance review of immunization and certification requirements to ensure accuracy.
+ Complete quality assurance review of other records in CORE ELMS to increase accuracy and completeness.
+ Review and update licensure status of pharmacy preceptors in the database.
+ Assist with student support-based projects as needed.

**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ 6 months of experience reviewing and executing contacts in higher education student services
+ 6 moths of experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word
+ 6 months of experience utilizing learning management systems, such as CORE ELMS.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Two (2) years of experience in higher education administration in the review and execution of contracts
+ Two (2) years of experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word
+ Two (2) years of experience utilizing learning management systems, such as CORE ELMS.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**
+ Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.
+ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.
+ Outstanding customer service skills.

This is a hybrid position with some duties completed onsite and others which may be completed remotely. Provide clerical, professional, and other support for the Office of Experiential Programs. Examples of job duties include: Utilize various online and electronic tools to complete data entry and document upload, perform records verification and reconciliation, collaborate with office staff in communicating with students who need updated documentation, Assist office staff in reviewing and executing affiliation agreements and in performing quality assurance review of status and needs, Scan and file various documents, Assist in the preparation and distribution of materials for the P1 student elementary school Service Learning program, Other duties as assigned.
- this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 1 day per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.
