A Working Sous Chef may perform all tasks in the Food Preparation Department\. Supervises,assists,trainsand works with all employees in the Department in the performance of their duties\. May be assigned the direct responsibility of anyparticular kitchenor kitchens asdesignatedby his/hersuperiors\. May be assigned to duties of Chef\-in\-Charge of apprenticeship training\. Relieves the Executive Chef andisin charge ofthe Department in his absence at theappropriate WorkingChef rate\. If you have 5 years’ experience as a cook, banquet experience, and 2 years supervisory experience within food and beverage, this may be the role for you\! Open availability isa must\.
