Join our team as Working Student – Technical Management & Software Support (f/m/d) in Göttingen and help us digitalize the future.

What role will you play?

You will support the technical management and software team with administrative and organizational tasks, including:

Preparing and creating Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations under guidanceAssisting with the ordering process and handling administrative tasks related to procurementSupporting the software team, for example, by helping to create software documentation and user manuals or preparing user interface mockups for Web-based applicationsContributing to user experience by testing the applications

How do you become part of our team?

You are currently studying successfully at a university in the field of business administration, business informatics or a similar course of studyYou have at least one year of studies left - Bachelor or Master? Both is perfect!You can work onsite in the office in GöttingenStrong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointProven experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Inkscape and similar toolsInterest in technical topics, with prior experience in software documentation being a plusExcellent communication and teamwork skills, combined with reliability and attention to detailEnglish and German with good writing skills
