Join our Materials AI team for an exciting working student position. You'll collaborate with R&D and digital experts to develop a strategy for enhancing user adoption of electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) software and other digital R&D tools.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

Delivering a concise landscape of current ELN usage across a global 700 user community through multi-method data gatheringLeveraging your analytical skills to develop a strategy for improving adoption and use.Creating KPIs to quantify adoption improvement.Collaborating with Materials AI & IT teams to transform strategy into actionable plans.

Who you are:

Bachelor or Master student (enrolled) in science with business administration or a related field.Excellent team player with the ability to work independently, carefully, and precisely with global virtual teams.Creative, logical thinker with outstanding communication skills in both real and virtual environments.Experience with digital survey and questionnaire methods.Understanding of strategy development Fluent (C1) in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
