Conceptual development of data analytics projectsDefine goals, milestones, and timelinesDecide on data, models, and approaches for finding solutionsValue chain collaboration in data analytics projectsData extraction, validation, harmonization, and transformation (e.g., in MS SQL or SAP HANA)Analysis and evaluation using advanced data mining technologies (e.g., classification, segmentation, outlier analysis, and forecasting with R/Python)Visualization and presentation (e.g., Qlik or Tableau)Business development supportCreate and prepare training materials and management presentationsConceive and support workshops

You’ll win us over by…

Education: At least four completed semesters of bachelor studies with excellent academic results or currently pursuing a second academic qualification (Master’s/Ph.D.), preferably in (business) informatics, statistics, mathematics, physics, data science / engineering, or similar fields.Experience: Practical experience in analytics, data science, software development, or related areas (through internships, academic or research projects, and/or Kaggle).Technical skills:Proficiency in PythonData manipulation, analysis, and visualizationSQL for database queryingKnowledge of statistical methodsNice to have: Basic knowledge or experience with version control systems like Git, big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Hive), cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)Language: Proficient in English (min. C1), German is a plus.Communication: Ability to explain sophisticated technical concepts to non-technical partners.Innovative problem-solving skills and strong analytical thinking, but above all, we value a willingness to learn and develop these abilities.
