Then come and join our global team as Working Student (f/m/d) to support in Corporate Strategy – Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Venture Capital (VC).

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will assist in conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses of our businesses, markets, competitors and potential M&A and VC targetsYou will prepare content for senior management presentations at M&A and VC projectsYou will support in maintaining and testing our in-organic growth Pipeline Management ToolYou will support in daily business tasks and other projects

Your qualifications and experience:

You are studying in a commercial field (at least in 4th semester of your bachelor's degree), for example Business Administration, Finance or related with an overall good academic performanceYou have excellent analytical skills, high affinity for numbers and technology as well as experience in visualizing results in PowerPointIdeally, you have gained first experience in consulting environment

You are fluent in English, written and spokenYour way of working is characterized by reliability as well as independence and you work in a detail-oriented mannerYou have a strong interest in strategy topicsStrong communication and teamwork are part of your strengthsYou are available 15 hours a week for at least 10 months?
