What you'll do
GRPO is looking for a creative and organized student to support our Go-to-Market activities as well as other administrative and operational tasks. As a vital member of our team, you will help shape our communications using various tools and channels like SharePoint, Blogs, MS Teams, and more. Unleash your graphic design, video, and creative writing skills to help craft compelling content and gain real-world experience!
Main tasks include:
Support the creation of newsletters, enablement materials, videos, roll-out communications, and training materials, including creation and maintenance of internal and external SharePoint pages Support the overall orchestration of topics and projects, from creating PowerPoint slides, Word documentation and the preparation and logistics of meetings (including meeting minutes, tracking of, and following up on action items). Support collection of business requirements and preparation of user stories and mockups to be handed over to development teams Testing and validation of development projects, using transactional tools like CRM, or analytical tools like SAP Analytics Cloud Dashboards and related data sources Support our team in all other business and operations-related topics

What you bring
Current Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences Preferred fields of study: Marketing, Communications, Economics, Business Administration Language skills: Fluent English, German as a plus Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to retain instructions/content, self-driven highly motivated, team player, curiosity and creativity Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (with previous experience or knowledge of MS SharePoint, Video tools, SAP, IT systems (CRM, ERP) and/or Business Analytics | Intelligence a bonus) Regular working from the Walldorf office is a must
