Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You support global research projects, country-specific analyses, and are involved in benefits and mobility topics related to M&A activitiesYou contribute to the development of our global mobility strategy (e.g. for business travelers, secondments) and support various mobility and global benefits projectsYou provide technical, content and communication support in the creation and maintenance of country-specific Benefits & Mobility SummariesYou help us with the document management of the department including structuring and updating the MS Teams channels and work on the creation and maintenance of a global benefits databaseYou help with the further development and implementation of our benefits and mobility intranet homepages and create PowerPoint presentations for the management

Your qualifications and experience:

You study Business administration, human resources, economics, management, business education, mathematics or a comparable course of study related to benefits or mobilityYou are at least in the second semester of your Bachelor’s degree and at least for one year availableYou are familiar with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, skills in PowerBI are a plusIdeally, you have already gained some practical experience in HR management
