You are interested in People & Data Analytics and support our P&O Business Partner team in analyzing available data to identify and derive valuable insights for enhancing talent development and retention measures strategies.You independently work on various reports and dashboards and support the team in all aspects of office management by also taking on operational tasksYou support our global P&O Business Partner team conceptually and operationally in the implementation and improvement of our talent management and learning strategy, thus contributing to personnel development topicsAdditionally, you develop creative communication strategy concepts and manage communication on internal communication channels as well as on social mediaAre you interested in current HR trends, such as Change, New Work, Agility, Diversity, etc.? Then you will support the team as a sparring partner for current P&O projects, bring creative ideas and participate in their executionYou make a valuable contribution to the preparation, implementation and follow-up of events and workshops and prepare visually appealing presentations for the P&O Business PartnersUse your skills to move the world forward.
