What you´ll do

 

As a working student of the Crisis Management & Travel Security team, you will play a critical supporting role. You will support the team in the following areas:

 

Support Travel Security activities Create innovative and engaging promotional assets and content Maintain our internal communication platforms, e.g. SharePoint Perform research into innovative crisis Management topics.

 

The role is limited to 2 months.

 

What you bring

 

You are a currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:

Student (f/m) at a university or university of applied sciences Preferred field of study: Business Administration, Public safety and crisis management Excellent written and spoken business communications skills in English and German, ability to communicate well with internal stakeholders Proficiency in MS Office Tools, especially very good Power Point knowledge Advanced planning and self-organizing skills, ability to pick up information fast, work independently and solution oriented Be familiar with latest trends in social media and latest technology trends Ideally previous internship experience

SAP Global Security (SGS) strengthens SAP’s brand by driving trust in data and protecting people and assets. Customers and employees can use SAP’s solutions and services with confidence and trust.​ Within the SGS organization, the department Global Physical Security protects SAP’s people, facilities, data, and other assets.

 

As part of Global Physical Security, the Crisis Management & Travel Security team collaborates with key internal partners and external service providers to safeguard the interests of SAP’s key stakeholders, employees, facilities, critical assets and business processes, brand, image, reputation, and overall value-creating activities. It works to build, sustain, and improve SAP’s ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptive incidents and enables SAP employees to conduct business travel safely, securely, and confidently on an international scale.

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
