MSc, PhD or MBA is preferred. + Program/Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing projects, particularly in cross-functional environments within a product management setting. + Data Literacy: Strong ability to analyze and leverage data for decision-making, process optimization, and improving operational effectiveness. + Communication and Moderation Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable plans.
