Working Student (f/m/d) UX Research
Mode of Employment: Limited; max. 20 hours/week

You will assist in analyzing and summarizing data from user research studies. This includes tasks such as coding data, creating visualizations, and creating presentations

You will assist in planning and executing user studies such as usability testing, surveys, or interviews. This includes tasks such as co-writing research plans and setting up user studies in Maze

You will monitor our behaviour analytics data / metrics in Hotjar and report on any interesting observations

You will learn from and collaborate with experienced professionals in the field of UX and Digital Communications to grow your expertise while supporting them in their research needs

You will have the opportunity to make an impact by working on enterprise-level solutions such as our global website

Use your skills to move the world forward.

You are successfully pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field of Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or other relevant fields

You have solid skills and experience with MS Office / G Suite

You have solid analytical skills, and experience with analyzing and visualizing data e.g., thematic analysis

Ideally you have experience with creating surveys and/or interview guidelines

You should have experience of web analytic tools (e.g., Hotjar, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) or user testing tools (e.g., UserTesting, Maze) 

Knowledge in agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and hands-on experience with JIRA / Confluence or similar tools are a plus

You are good at relationship building and you’re a good listener

You are well structured and organized; you can efficiently manage your workload, priorities, and deadlines

Collaboration, open dialogue, and an agile mindset are not just buzzwords for you but are the basis of your daily work ethic

You speak and write English fluently on a business level. German or other additional languages are a plus
