Working student - HR Recruitment Associate (limited part-time, DPC)

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Student Talent Discovery team as part of global organization is responsible for a smooth end-to-end hiring process by providing services of requirements definition, sourcing, pre-screening, screening and closing of applications as well as for administrative support of the recruiting activities within German speaking Countries  
You will be responsible for the following tasks 

Maintaining and publishing job postings using both internal and external sourcing channels

Screening and pre-selecting potential candidates

Consulting and proactively communicating with recruiters, hiring managers, their teams and 

candidates regarding inquiries related to the recruitment process. 

Taking part in ongoing projects related to Student Talent Community

 

EXPECTATIONS

Fluent written and spoken English, German is a big plus 

Active student

Very good communication skills; both written and verbal

Ability to multitask

Detail oriented

Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Ability to work with confidential information

Working experience in HR field is advantage

Experience working within a customer-oriented environment is preferred

 

As a working student, you will join our team of non HC recruiters who is based in Prague and you will be supporting our DACH colleagues with all activities along the hiring cycle to ensure a smooth end-to-end recruiting process.
