What You'll Do

BCG’s Learning & Development team develops quality and relevant learning initiatives that contributes to the success of our people. As a Global L&D Working Student, you will assist the Global L&D team in a supporting role. This role includes onboarding new team members, manage permission rights to our collaboration tools, organize and manage meeting notes, manage ad-hoc requests, and assist with the staffing and intake process. You may also support the learning teams with their projects.

 

This is a flexible and dynamic role with the ability to develop yourself further with challenging tasks and assignments. This role guarantees you a rich insight into the world of corporate learning and development in a top-tier management consulting firm.

 

You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic and professional life. This is a temporary role from min. 12 – max. 24 mths. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany.

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program at a German universityExcellent listening skills and are well-structured when taking notes and collecting materialsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills and consider yourself skilled in MS Excel and MS PowerPointYou are very responsive and can manage employee registration requests for digital tools such as Slack, MS Teams, TrelloFluency in spoken and written English and a confident and professional communicatorAbility to work with cross functional and international teams and high attention to detail
