Airbus Operations is looking for a
Working Student (m/w/d) Quality FAL A320 Hamburg
You are a full time student, looking for a working student position and want to get to know the work of a Quality Conformance Manager? Then apply now! We look forward to you supporting us as a Working Student (d/f/m) with approx. 18 hours a week!
Our Quality team supports the whole SA FAL HAM with the aim to reduce risks and make flying more safe. We are a young powerful team, highly motivated with team members from 10 different nationalities.
As a Working student you will have the opportunity to learn about Airbus Quality Standards, which are a set of methods & tools in order to work in preventive mode, anticipation risks and improving the control of our industrial system.
Location: Hamburg
Start: as soon as possible
Duration: 12 months
You will receive a collectively agreed salary of at least €18.17 per hour, depending on the job. There are also special payments such as vacation pay.
Your location
You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.
Are you wondering how you actually get from university to Airbus? Your working student position is at the Finkenwerder plant and you can take the ferry from Teufelsbrück to the Airbus ferry terminal and back to the university in the morning and at noon. Alternatively, you can take the ferry to Finkenwerder and then ride your bike for about another 15 minutes to the main entrance.

Your tasks and responsibilities
With your experiences and knowledges you will support us in our daily business as Quality Conformance Manager, such as:
Control Plan creation and updates
Continuous quality improvement
Project management activities
Create KPI-Dashboards and Management reports
Communicate with stakeholders of different shopfloor management levels
Desired skills and qualifications
Enrolled full-time student in the area of Aeronautics, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology or an equivalent field of study.
High motivation and enthusiasm to challenge the status quo and to learn new things
Self-organized
Good communication skills
Interest in helping to shape quality in SA FAL HAM
An advantage would be skills in digital methods (e.g. SAP, Google Workspace, Skywise)
Fluent English and German language skills
