Job Description

Working Student / Architect / Civil Engineer / Industrial Engineer 
Project & Development Services (m/f/d) at the Hamburg location.

Our Project Development & Services (PDS) team is growing. Grow with us and expand our team in Hamburg as a student assistant/intern. We are looking for an interested, committed and flexible student for this challenging and preferably long-term position. The PDS team supports all processes from renting and purchasing to fit-out and conversion with technical expertise.

These tasks await you: 
Support in international projects from the first customer contact to the handover of the property
Participation in the creation of occupancy plans and room concepts 
Supporting our project managers in the areas of cost, schedule and/or quality control

What you should bring with you: 
A degree in architecture/interior design, civil engineering or another property-related degree programme 
Good MS Office skills
Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
Good communication and teamwork skills 
High level of accuracy and ability to work independently
CAD knowledge would be an advantage, not a must
