The Network Infrastructure Division - IP Routing is looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer.
Enrolled in BS or MS in computer science and engineering OR equivalent degree concentrating more on software development engineering.Knowledge of OS, data types, data structures, data management algorithms, programming principles etc.,Proven aptitude for methodical problem solving, good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work well in a close-knit team.Quick learner, self-starter.Please submit your CV in English. As a software engineering team intern; you will be part of feature software or test software development team learning software development fundamentals, test software development, importance of tools, simulators, and most importantly software product development.
System software development involves developing
Platform software (OS, drivers, infrastructure software etc..),Network system specific applications and network protocols (network OSS stack, routing protocols, network applications such IP routing, security gateways, subscriber management, NAT applications, BRP, OSPF, ISIS, VPN, Segment routing protocols etc..)Network Management (Configuration, performance and fault management)As an intern; you will get to train in developing systems software, test software, simulators, tools etc.. At the end of your I internship, you will be ready to work on real network system software product development.
We provide you a platform and needed infrastructure including mentoring for you to gain software development skills while studying. We expect you to spend maximum 20-30 hrs a week with us giving you enough time to continue and thrive in your studies.
