To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Visitor Management: ensuring all guests are registered and provided access to designated areas. Ownership of Mail Services; processing incoming mail, maintaining mailroom, coordinating with delivery carriers for special deliveries. Assist with packing and shipping special requested items. Ownership of access badge creation, access designation, distribution, and deactivation. Assists team in new hire onboarding process such as desk setup, office orientation, etc. Coordinates offsite conference room/event space bookings with building management. Partners with BRGs and departments to assist planning corporate-wide events and programming. Assist managing event calendar and communication. Assists with food/product ordering and delivery for executive meetings and special events. Supply Management; restocking, monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies. Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures. Understands and demonstrates the Company’s core values. Performs other duties as assigned including, but not limited to, supporting administrative staff and executives. Skills that will make you successful

Ability to work collectively with the administrative team associates. Ability to work in the office Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Experiences that will support your success Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience 2-5 years of professional experience Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite What We Offer

Compensation

This position pays $44,700-$62,580 annually.
