JLL SUMMER INTERNSHIP

Interns are an important part of what makes JLL a great place to work. Within our program, interns are an integral part of our team working alongside real estate analysts, transaction professionals and other associates. You will gain valuable insight into the commercial real estate industry while being exposed to multiple lines of business over the course of your internship.
This role provides support and assistance to our strategy and business development teams. This position involves working closely with workplace strategy team members to ensure the successful delivery of workplace consulting initiatives to clients.
AS A WORKPLACE CONSULTING SUMMER INTERN AT JLL YOU WILL:
Project Planning and Scheduling: Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Assist in creating project schedules, tracking milestones, and coordinating tasks to ensure efficient project execution.Documentation and Reporting: Prepare project-related documentation, including project proposals, contracts, meeting agendas, and minutes. Assist in generating project status reports, progress updates, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Quality Assurance: Contribute to quality control processes by reviewing project deliverables, ensuring they meet client requirements and consulting practice standards. Assist in conducting quality assurance checks to maintain the highest level of service and client satisfaction.Knowledge Management: Contribute to the organization's knowledge base by documenting lessons learned, best practices, and project case studies. Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies within the workplace consulting practice.Research: Support the teams fulfilling secondary research request and assist as needed on primary research needsAssist in other areas of the business as neededInteracts regularly with team members as needed for the completion of assigned projectsWHAT YOU BRING:
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in related field
Excellent computer skills
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic consulting environment.
Ability to effectively communicate ideas and potential problems
Seeks out and responds well to feedback and direction
Ability to follow through on written or verbal direction
Ability to work independently or with little supervision
