**Job Summary:** The Red Hat Global Workplace Solutions team is looking for a Workplace Coordinator to join our team in Ranaana, Israel. This person will be working with a local and regional team of facility operations professionals, supporting office sites across EMEA with a variety of daily tasks. The ideal candidate is a motivated, independent and solutions-oriented individual with strong organizational skills. You should be data-driven, highly adaptable and committed to excellence, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment. **What will you do:** + Serve as the first point of contact for associates, customers, vendors, and other guests, serving as a representative of Red Hat and a welcoming presence + Act as a resource for employees, connecting them with Red Hat services, communities, and culture. + Oversee front-of-house services, ensuring a seamless and professional office experience. + Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring accountability for daily facility operations and programs. + Support day-to-day office management activities, including event planning, meeting coordination, vendor management, reception backup, visitor management, office communications, logistics support, and maintaining office space presentability. + Drive office services, programs, and other GWS initiatives. + Ensure facility maintenance, site operational efficiency, and timely response to service tickets. + Oversee workplace compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, facilitate the local Safety Warden program, and act as the primary liaison with the Safety & Security team. + Maintain best-in-class customer service at all times. + Analyze workplace data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. + Apply creative problem-solving to support office stakeholders and business units. **What will you bring:** + 3+ years of successful experience in a similar role (workplace coordination, facilities management, program/project management) + Fluency in English (verbal and written) + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience + Familiarity with Google Workspace (G-Suite) and business productivity tools + Established ability to go above and beyond customer expectations. + Strong customer service mindset with a proactive approach to exceeding expectations. + Excellent organizational skills, including time management and resource coordination. + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships. + Professional demeanor and appearance at all times. + Proven ability to adapt to changing conditions while identifying and implementing innovative solutions. \#LI-NG1 **About Red Hat** Red Hat (https://www.redhat.com/) is the world’s leading provider of enterprise open source (https://www.redhat.com/en/about/open-source) software solutions, using a community-powered approach to deliver high-performing Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes technologies.
