Our client, a leading transportation solutions company, is looking for a temporary Workplace Coordinator to join their team in Tysons Corner, VA for ~6 months with potential to extend!

About The Job:Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed.Provide reception and administrative office management support to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.Support daily workplace inductions for new hires.Communicate office-related information to internal stakeholders.Maintain office supply inventory in collaboration with leadership.Ensure client spaces meet high operational standards and provide tier-one audio-visual support.Oversee visitor management, ensuring pre-registration and adherence to security protocols.Deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, guests, and visitors.Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across all business units.Support facilities operations and escalate issues to the appropriate teams as needed.About You:2+ years of workplace coordination, facilities management, or office administration experience.Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to interact effectively with internal stakeholders, visitors, and clients.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to prioritize stakeholder needs.Professional and polished demeanor to create a welcoming office environment.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, IT systems, and ticketing systems.A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.About the Position:$27/hr-$30/hr, depending on experience.Temporary for 6 months with the potential for permanent conversion ($60K-$67K/year).On-site role in Tysons Corner, VA (10-minute walk from Metro, parking available).Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (40-hour workweek).
